This policy explains what information B2B Growth Boost ("we", "us") collects when you visit b2bgrowthboost.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can opt out or ask us to delete it.
Who we are
B2B Growth Boost is a B2B revenue agency with its office at 16th Floor, Orbit Building, Gachibowli, Hyderabad 500081, India. For anything about your data, email ramya@b2bgrowthboost.com.
What we collect
This website has no forms and no accounts. We collect information in three ways:
- Usage analytics (Google Analytics 4): the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, and the links you click, including clicks on our booking link. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to recognise repeat visits.
- Visitor identification (RB2B): RB2B's script sets cookies and matches your visit against its own business contact database. When it finds a match, it can give us professional details such as your name, job title, company, LinkedIn profile URL, and business email, along with the pages you viewed. RB2B only identifies people at the person level in the United States; for other visitors we may see company-level information at most.
- Meeting bookings (Calendly): if you book a Revenue Diagnostic, you share your name, email, and any answers you choose to give on Calendly's booking page. Calendly processes that under its own privacy policy and passes the booking to us.
- Emails and calls: if you write to us or call us, we keep that correspondence.
Why we use it
- To understand which pages and articles are useful, and improve the site.
- To learn which companies are interested in our services, and occasionally reach out to people at those companies with a relevant, business-related message.
- To prepare for and run the meetings you book with us, and to reply to your messages.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to our business conversations with you or your company.
Who we share it with
We only share data with the service providers that run the site and the tools listed above: Google (analytics), RB2B (visitor identification), Calendly (bookings), Vercel (website hosting, which keeps standard server logs), and Google Workspace (our email). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Google Analytics keeps event data for the retention period set in our account, after which it is deleted automatically. We keep visitor identification records and business correspondence only for as long as they are useful for an active or likely business conversation, and we delete them sooner if you ask.
Your choices
- Opt out of RB2B identification everywhere by using RB2B's opt-out form below. This removes you from their database, not only from our site.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, or block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
- Ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you, by emailing ramya@b2bgrowthboost.com. We will respond within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California and other US states, or India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have additional legal rights. Email us and we will honour them.
Children
This site is for business professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we add or change the tools we use, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
